In my second to last semester at UHCL, I had the opportunity to take a Visual Communications class taught by Robert Castillo. As a final, we were tasked to create an image essay. I tried to treat it as a children's book, simplifying my character and sentences in a meaningfully comprehensive way. I enjoyed the working on this piece, and it is by far one of my favorite pieces of media to come from my brain to date.
